Shaanxi Jinding Casting Co., Ltd.

Shanxi Jinding Casting Co. Ltd. was formerly a professional foundry to Shanxi Automobile Group, which was planted in 1968 and completed its restruction in August 2005. It is the only professional security subsidiary to Shanxi Auto heavy truck, a member of China Foundry Association located in the automobile industry park Baoji high-tech Zone.

We have two production bases, and the main casting technique is Wet Mold Sand Process. We have 997 staff members, including management staff of 71, technical members 68, and the casting experts who enjoy the government subsidy. The old factory is located in the ancient battlefield Wuzhangyuan with an area of 66,800m², having three main production lines--1280 line, small pieces line, and static line equipped. With American IF melting furnace, its annual production capacity is about 40,000 tons. Our new factory covers an area of 533，330m², adjacent to Qishan high-speed railway station (from Zheng zhou – Xi’an - Baoji), with a total investment of 1.34 billion Yuan, annual production capacity of 150,000 tons. The construction project is divided into two stages. The first project with an investment of 540 million Yuan has started. The project makes use of the advanced energy-saving, environmental protection, the static shape and off the green box molding process. Its annual production capacity is 85,000 tons.

The new factory has three Wet Mold Sand product lines: Japanese AMFIV series of double-sided template stripping automatic molding line ( 700 * 600); KW modeling static line ( 1300 * 800), a sand box dimensions of 1950 x 1200 static modeling of large line, 3 sets of 8t / h and a sets of 5t / h medium frequency induction furnace.Each molding line to set up a set of sand treatment system; new, old plant core making section mainly using low energy environmental protection resin sand cold core and coated sand core technology. Our main products such as heavy, medium, and light vehicle bridges shell, gearbox shell, steering bracket, front and rear drums, brake drums, differential housing, bearing, suspension brackets, etc. 1600 kinds of castings. The ductile iron product covers materials, alloy gray iron, mild steel. In 2006, we had been passed certification ISO 9001, in 2008, we passed quality system specification TS16949. The technical capacity is first-class level in the domestic industry of heavy automobile castings production to achieve.
